A clip stick you can actually climb with.
clipr is a tiny, lightweight sport climbing clip stick that racks on your harness like a quickdraw. No bulky stick swinging around. No lowering off to fetch it. No hauling one up when your onsight doesn't quite go to plan.

clipr lite is the original clipr design – a tiny, ultralight sport climbing clip stick that racks on your harness like a quickdraw. No bulky stick swinging around. No lowering off to fetch it. No hauling one up when your onsight doesn't quite go to plan.
Tiny, until it isn't: 30–200cm
Its friction-based telescopic system does away with bulky locking tabs, maximising reach without adding bulk. At just 30cm packed down, it's even smaller than the standard clipr.
Built to climb with: 170g (70g lighter than the standard clipr!)
Light enough to barely notice on your harness, until you need it.
Limited trial release
clipr lite is actually where clipr started! The original design was eventually superseded by the stronger, more rigid and versatile standard clipr, but clipr lite still wins when it comes to keeping weight and size to an absolute minimum.
We're releasing a small trial batch to gather feedback before deciding whether to make clipr lite a permanent part of the range.
A few things worth knowing
clipr lite is primarily designed for placing quickdraws onto bolts. It can also be used to place a quickdraw with the rope already clipped into it, although this takes a little more skill due to the flexibility of the pole. As with the standard clipr, always support as much of the rope's weight as possible.
Unlike the standard clipr, clipr lite cannot be used to clip a rope into an existing quickdraw, as the pole can rotate.
But for carrying on your harness and placing that just-out-of-reach draw? That's exactly what Lite was made for!

We’ve all been there.
You can’t quite reach the next bolt, and you just want the draw to be in.
Traditional clip sticks have their place, but that’s not on your harness when you are trying hard. They are bulky, awkward to climb with, and slow to retrieve when you are forced to send down the rope for your belayer to haul one up.

Works with most draws
clipr has been designed to work with all standard quickdraws.
The clips are removable, adjustable and multifunctional, so you can make them bigger or smaller depending on your needs. They also double as a rope hook, which stows away when you don’t need it.
We may have a thing for DMM here at clipr, but we’ve tested it with plenty of other brands too: Petzl, Black Diamond, Mammut, CAMP, Wild Country and more. Almost all work perfectly with the standard clip.
For the few chunkier or funkier carabiners that need a little extra reach, every clipr also comes with a set of longer clips.
What doesn’t work? Petzl Ange. But who’s using those for sport climbing anyway?

Every clipr comes with four clips: two standard and two longer versions. Standard clips suit most quickdraws, while longer clips are better for larger or more curved carabiners.
Each has three positions:
1. Normal 2. Short (4mm back) 3. Rope hook.
How it’s made:
clipr pole: Custom-extruded aluminium with an integrated keyway, creating a rigid, non-rotating extension that makes clipping ropes into pre-hung draws much easier.
clipr lite pole: Lightweight telescopic steel tubing with a friction-based extension system, prioritising minimum weight and packed size over rigidity.
head: 3D printed in PETG-CF. Snag-free, with no exposed hooks, while still allowing the repositionable clip to double as a rope hook.
clips: Removable and adjustable with three positions: normal, short and rope hook. Every clipr comes with two standard and two longer clips to fit different carabiner shapes and sizes.
racking: A retaining ring and paracord loop let you add your preferred carabiner and rack clipr straight onto your harness.
